The place was clean and luxurious. The staff were responsive and patient, from the doormen to the management.- The room was brand-new, nicely furnished, and had a great waterfront view.- We slept very well.- The hotel features a good restaurant on the top floor.

We were given a quarter of the class we were entitled to overlooking the beautiful sea. breakfast is excellent and attention very good. hotel is very well located. Everything was perfect, except for the cleaning of the windows, were not at their best and made it a little difficult to see the splendid view they have.
At the lobbyist's desk we were told that the taxi to the airport cost 75 pounds (it was the same price we had paid when we arrived) so we agreed to take it there. But when we left with the luggage, hotel staff made us get into one that charged us 110. There was almost no traffic, nothing justified the increase but we had to pay it because it was marked on the clock. Evidently there is a maneuver to which the management of the hotel is sure to be unaware, but unfortunately it involves them because someone from their staff takes part. It is a pity because it tarnishes the image just when we leave. Advice to the clients: the price you are given at the hotel, even if it is a taxi called by one of them, confirm it with the taxi driver before getting in.

Famous brand-new place with good and stunning location just next door to the night life/restaurants and open food market, old shopping mall and good location close to the promenade. Recently refurbished and reasonably large room with a safe box, a TV and a carpet, and extremely comfy bed. Wide varieties of lovely food at breakfast. Great choice for trip.

Very good room, friendly staff, good breakfast, generally extremely well run and well designed hotel
I believe no hotel should charge for internet access - especially one branding itself as luxury. These days internet access is a basic feature of hotels - I stayed in another comparable, yet smaller hotel in Izmir the week before and it did offer free wifi - as I think should be the case at all non-budget hotels these days. Obviously there is a (very small) cost to internet access, but it should be bundled into the cost of the rooms.

The value for money was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms offering amazing views. The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance to the waterfront and surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars. The staff was kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout.
The breakfast could have been improved by offering a more authentic experience, rather than focusing on international cuisine.

I enjoyed the view from the room, the breakfast was full and the location that is very central.
I find it a little old-fashion, a renovation seems necessary.
